Default How Loud Is Turbo S2000

I Live In California So I Have To Comply With The 95db Sound Level Garbage, I Recently Bought And Installed An Invidia N1 Exhaust, And It Was WAY Loud As I Expected, So I Put A Resonator On It And That Will Keep Me From Being Pulled Over For Now, When I Get My Greddy Turbo Kit, If Im Running The Same Exhaust But I REMOVE The Resonator, Does Anyone Know About How Much The Turbo Would Quiet Down The Exhaust Note? Because I Really Dont Want That Restrictive Resonator On There When I Go Turbo.

Keep the resonator and step up your piping to a 3inch. That, and having your dump recirculated will keep the noise level down considerably.

But The Resonators ID Is Considerably Smaller That 3 Inch Wouldent That Choke Up A Turbo Exhaust? Because It Already Seems My VTEC Isnt As Drastic As It Used To Be After The Resonator.

I was running a 3" ultimate racing with a 3" test pipe and it was not loud at all.

If your existing resonator isn't a 3inch, switch it out for this one: http://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/prod...products_id=293

Less than $100

Do some research tho because opening up your exhaust too much may cause creep.... I would say that removing the resonator with your current exhaust should be ok for noise level since ( as you stated) the DB level of turbo cars is muffled by the turbo...

The turbo is a quite effective sound dampening device. My personal experience with the s2000, 2 turbo setups, skunk2 exhaust and homebuilt 3"-2x2,5" "no restriction" exhaust.
