Sup Ya'll...Im thinking about purchasing an S that is already supercharged w/ a comptech Novi SC on stock settings. It is currently on a 04-05 model S.


I just want to know how reliable is it in the long run. I dont plan to do anything like extreme boost, just keep it at the stock settings and just do some spirited driving once in a while.

How long would i expect to see before anything goes wrong? ballpark range....

I dont want to purchase if it's going to jeopardize the dependability in any way.

I think you should have close to no problems with a SC, most all of the ones for the S2k seem real good. Comptech, VT, SOS, KW. I would own anyof them.

 

I love my SC. I have not had a single issue. However, I would love to upgrade to an SOS kit...ohh well

Not one issue with mine in 3+ years, but then again I have only put 8K miles on it.

 

Turbo or SC...Its only going to be reliable as its owner.
