Im running the aem ems and a aem boost solenoid, do I wire it the same way with the aem setups?

I think you can use the purge valve wiring as depicted here and select the input In the software. Hopefully someone can confirm, I'm not sure

thanks for this write up. One question though.. if you wire to the purge valve and you have emissions disabled in kpro, will this still work?

Thanks for your link in the other thread, but im running the Aem ems, will it still work using those two wires you mentioned above? I dont have a connector D to plug into the ecu, so id rather run it this way.

I honestly don't know. Look up the outputs on the AEM and see if the purge valve is one of the available options.

u have to run one of the two wires from mac solenoid to d plug i think d16. not sure it has to be 16 though....look in aem info. it will tell ya.

The only reason for hooking it up to this wire is because its a SWITCHED GROUND rather than constant. Regardless, 1 wire will go into a switched +12v and the other wire goes to the switched ground (purge wire). It doesnt matter which of the 2 wires you use so don't about trying to trace which one went to what.
