S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

I need to ask.

It seems Sam spider locked both threads on here and on the UK Forum......why?

It seemed to allow Fernando to have its say then before I had a chance to respond with the information to back up my answer it was locked.

I've had a build thread running for 4 years and 100 pages,can I expect that to be locked if I post anything negative about Kings Performance?

I fell now like I'm treading on eggshells because if I say something the somebody doesn't agree with it will be locked.
As others have said, it was locked due to the thread not staying on topic and quite a few inflammatory comments being made.

Your original post also left out quite a few key pieces of information, time line, how long the engine sat, the fact that KP did offer assistance after the first engine was damaged, and has helped you quite a lot through this 4 year ordeal.

I don't believe there is anything to be gained by either you, or Fernando to continue posting about this on this forum, this is not about censorship, or anything else. There are always 3 sides to a story, with the truth buried somewhere in the middle.

As others have said, you are certainly free to post your experience in the sellers feedback section, but this will not resort to name calling either.

You had a thread in the UK, and one here in FI, as both topics were about the same subject, it is best that one thread handled the topic. The thread in FI was fine until the name calling and bashing came about, it was then closed, not deleted.

Both sides have stated what they wanted to, and any further discussion should between the 2 parties, not for everyone to jump on to either bandwagon they see fit.

That is most definitely not true. There are numerous negative feedback threads about various site sponsors that are open for discussion.

Any locked (or removed) negative feedback threads are generally locked as the OP has asked for them to be, usually because the issue was resolved.

King's Performance isn't going to do anything, because gess what they are the King's.

Every precaution was taken in glens build above and beyond what was needed.
Glen has flown and maintained stunt planes,also he has used the best ecu /tuner available.

For the sake of a quick buck King's Performance have taken the Royal piss out of him.

Am I being paranoid here or does it seem that you are picking up on my omissions but conveniently forget to mention that Fernando didn't actually address any of the questions.

I don't think I omitted the timescale, I did mention that he had rebuilt the engine when he didn't really have to......that is not the issue and frankly I can't be bothered to explain to you what my point is.

Leave the thread locked and be prepared to lock the next one when I post the pictures up of the"rebuilt"$12000 engine once it's been stripped.

Wonder why KP never answered your question regarding the broken bits and pieces in the engine but decide to debate on who's the fastest s2k...
That was my exact first thought when I read his response. Automotive red herring??

I'm not really sure what the debate was? They aren't the fastest.

Ok let's just straighten a few things out here,the engine and all the other bits were delivered to my house on January 17 2012,it was fitted to the car on the 29 January 2012.That didn't leave me time to put it on an engine stand for a year.One of my fist jobs was to remove the plugs,spray wd40 in the barrels,this I did every 2 weeks and I got a spanner on the crank and turned the engine over at least 2 complete revolutions.
Pics to follow.....

This is the picture Fernando sent me of the engine I was led to believe I was buying

[attachment=81626::]

[attachment=81627::]

Nice isn't it? It's like new....

[attachment=81628::]

[attachment=81629::]

Hard to believe it ended up like this after just 10 minutes running at idle.

Whilst that was being built this appears to have happened....

[attachment=81630::]

[attachment=81631::]

Also I had to do this 7 times....

Timeline wasn't the issue,what was was inexcusable shoddy work by the engine builder.So I would appreciate a balanced view from you rather than the it's all my own fault I'm getting at the moment.

I'm afraid this isn't going to go away,I've got dozens of pictures of multiple examples of almost every aspect of this engine both before and after it was rebuilt like new by Fernando's engine builder.

Ok so what is the resolution? What do you want. You now have 3 threads all stating the same thing. If your goal is to inform others then I would say you have done that. If your goal is to get something from Kings then that can be handled via PM or email and not publicly. It sounds like they have tried to work with you through this and continue to try and work with you but that is just outside looking in. As Sam said the true story is always buried somewhere between what is posted from each side.

The other thread was locked because people choose to focus on the "fastest s2000" comment which really had no relevance to the thread and it just spiraled into bs back and forth that had nothing to do with the topic. That is why it was closed.

You already deleted those couple of posts between Fernando and myself, which are clearly in good fun. So why not open it up if that is the reason you closed it???

As stated I didn't close the thread. Sam did. He also cleaned up the irrelivant posts. Also as I asked the op unless there is some goal beyond just warning people about his experience there really isn't a reason for it to be open.
