Default ID1300 injectors and AEM320 pump for e85 enough?

I currently have an AEM 320 e85 pump and id1000's @ 425whp. Maximum I would want to go if all goes well is 600whp. That wouldnt be for another 4/5 years if I even still have this car. Would 1300cc injectors be good enough for that power level? I hear ID2000's arent the best during cold starts.

You would have to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and turn the base pressure up and you should be able to hit 600whp on e85 with the id1300. Or you can buy the id1700 or fic 1650 and not worry about it. Stay away from 2000cc injectors. I had them and they run like crap espically on 91/93 octane.

I found these 2200cc Bosch injectors. I have 2 friends using these with e85 and say they run and idle fine. Might try these considering id1300s are like triple the price.

do you know what duty cycle you were at on the ID1000s to make 425whp? I'm running the same pump/injectors with plans for E85.

Currently on AEM 320E85 pump w/SOS wiring kit and SOS fuel return kit, ID1000's @ 80% DTC 47-48psi base fuel pressure w/AEM FPR. @ 443whp (Dynojet SAE correction) 450whp (Dynojet STD correction)

Will be swapping to Walbro 450 and ID1300's soon.

So many times people opt for the largest injectors to compensate for the pump that can't keep up. ID1300's and a big fuel system backing it can support quite a bit of power with E85 (even from a parasitic supercharger). A decent pump will also tolerate a decent raise in base pressure (of course the boost you're running factors in).

I'm thinking of switching to a Walboro 450lph. I just received my 2200cc Bosch injectors. I know they're pretty overkill but for the price I couldn't say no. All I'm missing now is the sensor. I don't NEED an E85 gauge though do I?
