Default individual resistors opposed to resistor box

just wondering if anyone knows the correct resistors to put in line with the injector wires. i heard two different... 1/4watt, 9-12ohm.... and i also heard 10watt,10ohm. does anyone know the ones we are supposed to use?

the advantage of the resistor box it also gives you heat sink as the resistors should get hot, plus it makes it a lot easier to blend into the factory wiring.

does anyone have a writeup or could lead me in the right direction on how to wire in the resistor box. I have put them in other cars before but never an s2k. It looks different.
