I'm sure that kw didn't fab these tensioners from scratch. They just modified an existing tensioner. You'll just have to identify and replicate their mods.

Check out the Dayco 89325. It appears to be the part minus the idler. The Gates is considered an upgrade. Check out the following thread around Post 73
