Default Information on inlinepro turbos

I have an inlinepro kit and I would like to install the 3mm head gasket. What I need to know is, can I run 630cc injectors on a stock fuel pump at 15-18 psi?
My goal is to try to make 440 hp, so anyone with a 3mm head gasket kit who has any info or advice, would be very helpful.

I think you will need to upgrade your fuel pump.

Slammo,

It is possible to run the stock fuel pump on the 630cc injectors aroudn 15psi.

But, there won't be alot of fuel pressure. I would recomend you to get a walbro 255 intank pump just to save you extra labor in the future. If you tune the car on the stock pump, and then later down the road, if you decide to get a fuel pump, you will have to tune the car again.

From my experience, that should be possible, but is right at the limit.

My question is why after spending all this money on a turbo setup and tuning would you want to start cutting corners?

Just get the fuel pump they are fairly inexpensive and easy as hell to install, and as others posted why start cutting corners now better safe than sorry.

I agree you can pick up the pump for about $100 shipped and contrary to what most say it is a easy install.

Not if you get a FPR also and put the fuel pressure at the stock setting or just below it. I actually had mine tuned with the stock fuel pump and FPR(which is around 46 psi at idle). Then I changed to the Wahlbro 255 and AEM FPR and had to turn my fuel pressure down to around 36 psi at idle to keep my map the same and not run so fat in the A/F. The reason is because the AEM FPR is a 1:1 regulator. Which means for every psi of boost, you gain a psi of fuel pressure.
