Default Injector prices

I simply wonder if anyone knows why the rather new saturated 1000cc injectors are so expensive. Likely 110-125 dollars apiece. I know they are good, but are they that much better? Does it only exist one injector of this type on the market today? Then thats probably the cause.
For example you can buy 4 1000cc injectors from ILP for 335 dollars. They are most likely not high impedance tho.

The high impedance are at least 30% more expensive.

335 dollars plus an injector driver and you still don't get the same atomization of the newer design. When did IP drop there prices on injectors?? Last I checked they were in the same price range.

Look at it this way, an RC 1000cc injector retails at $98 and does not include an injector clip. These are $115 and include a clip. In the end, about $10 more per injector. A pretty small price to pay for an injector of much better quality and pairing and doesn't require a resistor box....

^ Agreed, rc injectors are not much cheaper at all. I wish I had bought these, I bought my injectors 3 months to early, Will be upgrading soon enough though. I would say bosch 1000cc injectors over all!

Tony1 do they come with a plug and play type harness? I do not want to cut up my stock harness.

Bosch makes a high quality product, plain and simple. They are easy to scale down and maintain control, great spray pattern, etc... Not having to mess with a resistor is also nice!

Jeff, I haven't had the opportunity to do any true back to back tests, on the same day. Have you?

All the cars i've retuned on these made slightly more power at the same boost level and the power curve is smoother. Not having done true back to back testing though, I haven't advertised them as such. I'm 99% confident that these injectors will make more power than anything else in that size range due to the improved atomization and consistency between cylinders. That's really a lot of advantages for a few bucks more...

How can I get a set of plug and play clips? I have the injectors but would like to have a set for my new set.

Thanks for all the answers, however when I look at the injector, one old question I never got answered dispite asking it at least 3 times on this forum pops up.
Can anyone tell me how it seals towards the intake manifold. Show me towards what surface the orings are sealing.

I don't have any pictures of the S2K specific one hosted anywhere but if you give me your email address I can send you a pic.

The plug and play adaptors are on my site.
