No, I didn't upgrade anything. I didn't think I really needed to. I can always add or upgrade later on. Every things so expensive as it is. Gauges, piggy back, exhaust etc. It was $4045 shipped.

so you ordered base kit plus a piggy back, going to guess injectors.. what else?

I know the base kit isn't ready to go you have to add some things to it.

What do I have to add on a $3995 kit? I just talked to inline and added the head gasket.

well headgasket is what you don't need at the moment. I just got there kit and above the bas kit price of 3995. You need injectors, injector clips, fuel rail adapter. a ecu, either piggyback or standalone (i went with aem ems, a must have i think) at very minimum. I also got the oil relocation kit, 70mm test pipe and a 3.5 aem map sensor, and upgraded clutch.

My clutch is being upgraded as we speak, it should be done Friday. Stage 3 with a ceramic plate. I ordered the injectors, clips, fuel rail adapter. I also ordered the greddy emanage unlimited. I have a t1r 70mm sparrow waiting to be installed. Once I get the car back I'll throw it on. I'm not sure if I'm going to do a test pipe or not. I haven't decided.

why so long on the clutch install?

anyway, if you're missing anything, you'll know soon enough.

congrats, and good luck.

They were really busy when I dropped it off over two weeks ago. I knew they wouldn't be able to look at it the following week. The clutch they're going with they didn't have so they are having one built. The plate is suppose to be shipping to them tomorrow over night and they said they'd get it Friday morning and then install it. GOD they better its been almost 3 weeks for a clutch install. They do really good work though. I've been going to them for years with anything I didn't want to or couldn't install.

Here's $125 of good news - The T1R 70mm Sparrow comes with a test pipe included with the price of the exhaust.
