Default Inline pro block longevity

Hello, can anyone chime in on how many miles they've got on their inline pro built blocks boosted? Looking to get one built but just hope it will last me a while.

2k miles of absolute rape (100+ dyno pulls and constant "spirited" driving) and still going, we'll see how long it lasts.

What compression ratio did you go with?

12,000 miles so far of beating on it, occasionally daily driving, and then it was stored for a while. No issues as of yet. 9.1::1 compression.

10:1 pistons, so slightly under OEM (I think the math puts it at a 10.5 overall or so).

I wonder if the IL 2.4 stroker would be a better choice over KP 1000hp 2.2 built bottom end package?
