Default Inline pro diff kit affect power?

Ok, So i got my INline Pro diff kit installed. I drove it for the first time yesterday and it was feeling like it was down on power. Has anyone experienced this?

since the last time i actually floored it to see how fast it was i have also installed a competition stage 4 clutch, and yesterday i had hew BFGs put on. I am going to Import Showdown on May 5 and wanna have everything right, any suggestions or all in my mind.

Did you have different gears (not 4.11) in your old diff?

Interested to hear whether there's some parasitic loss between the S2000 diff and the R200. One would think that if the R200 is stronger, it might have a larger ring gear / pinion -- more weight -- along with thicker axles & driveshaft -- more weight = more inertia and lower RWHP. Kinda like putting on heavier wheels or putting a Ford 9" where a 10-bolt Chevy rear used to be.

Reasonable trade-off for the durability IMHO, I'm just curious if it's a ~ 5 RWHP loss in the 400 RWHP range.

well im not sure if its a power loss form the rear diff or not. common sense would say that you would lose power with thicker axles and stronger diff. but i think i am having boost leak. i am hunting it down now

I have the R200 diff kit and I don't feel "down" on power, although I can feel the longer gearing for sure (I had 57's before the R200).
