Default Inline-pro diff kit installed and bad vibrations!

Ok, Geists2k and I just did the Inline pro diff swap this weekend to my car and I have some very bad rear end vibrations going on only under acceleration.

The diff only has 28,000 miles on it and was checked out and is fine. The fluids were changed.

The car runs very smooth in every gear with no noises at all and you would think it had the stock rear in it. But as soon as you get on it in any gear and try to but the power to the ground, it feels like I have someone in the back of the car just shaking the crap out of it.

Has anyone experienced this before with this kit?

Anyone know what could be going on?

Hopefully Ya or John can chime in to clear this up.

Because I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced it.

from experience with other axles going bad....under acceleration when the CV's are shot it would vibrate like crazy.....did you use new axles? (I'm pretty sure you would have to with the nissan diff conversion, right?(

Yes, they are new axles from Drive Shaft Shop.

I am going to check the axles when I get a chance but from talking to Inline, it appears to be a bad shaft or CV joint.

Jack the car up, and try to move the rear wheel (pull/push towards/away from you from side to side with your hands at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions). See if there is any movement that way. It will help narrow down what the issue is.
