Default Inline Pro Problems

Has anyone had any issues with getting parts out of inline pro?

I ordered some custom camshafts back in the middle of September and was told it would be 4-6 weeks tops. It's now 11 weeks and they can't tell me if/ when I'm getting them. They told me at 4 weeks they were being hardened. I have sent lots of emails chasing and have called but all I get is we will chase and let you know. They told me this week if they don't know by Friday they will give me a full refund including my costs of sending money over from the UK but yet again I hear nothing. There customer service is lacking at best. I understand that some of this is out of there control but they chose the company they wanted to deal with to make their camshafts. You also need to remember I paid in full at time of order (which I don't like doing for these reasons and people lose the urge to get parts out as they have the money)so all in all I'm totally pissed off about it and want to know if this is a common thing for them or am I a one off?

Matt

Hello Matt, sorry to hear about this. I do know that their behind in a few things now that the holidays are around and so forth. However I'll touch bases with them so this can be resolved.

Thanks for that. All I want is my camshafts that I paid for coming up 12 weeks ago. If they can't get them for me I'll be forced to pull the engine out and put a evo engine in as the stock cams are useless for my purpose. That is the last resort option. I could get the shafts through lots of different companies(and cheaper) but inline pro had the best lead time and it was important.....

If it can be done Matt is definatly the guy to do it.

Another trustworthy supplier seems to have bit the dust. The one thing I've found is that when I have dealings with Bernard at Jjautowerks I get a honest answer, which is a lot better than a time just plucked out of thin air.

Yeah it is but I've had enough messing about getting what I want with the F20. I know the 4g63 can do the power and response I want.

Just a little bit but better for a uk car as the steering rack isn't in the way of the turbo set up

All I want is to be told factual information and if it's bad news tell me not kick it in to the long grass and hope it's sorts itself out. If they told me at the start it would be 12+ weeks I would of either of used someone else or gone down the evo route

We apologize for the inconvenience, we had a rare problem with our cam supplier.
The customer was given a full refund for the order.
