Default InlinePro Diff Kit Problem

Ok, So I put the INline pro diff kit that is the r200 diff n my S2k. We started to put the axles in and they looked way to long. they wouldnt fit easily. Inlinepro and driveshaft shop were both closed so i figured lets just try it. We basically pushed the axles to fit and the rubber boots are pushed in or smushed in. i cranked the car to see if they would turn being so tight. Well as they turn, there is clicking noise coming from the passenger side. i am not sure if it is because of the axels being so long or if they are pushing something in onn the diff. should i return my axles for new ones, not really sure. just puzzled at this point.

well i know the axles are different sizes. i stood them next to my factory axles and the "long" axles is longer than my factory long axles. the "short" axle is longer than my factory short one too. i am thinking they are too long but im not sure.

its possible they are too long if you are stating that the boots are smashed.

Some pics might help answer questions. Take a few if you can.
