are there any benefits of using this with a stock setup?

 

nope

 

How much bigger than stock is it? At what power level would you need one?

 

Its just nice to have so you can have aftermarket options on there. There is a 1/8" npt tap on there for fuel pressure gauges, these are bigger than the stock fuel rails so they will allow a higher fuel flow if needed.

Also these are high horsepower friendly when you need to upgrade to AN fuel lines

 

So with a stock CTSC setup, will i get anything outta these rails?

 

Only fuel and engine bay bling.

 

If you offered a polished fuel rail, I would buy one....hint hint!
