I am not currently, but would like to. I eventually want to upgrade my pulley and FP. I thought about it awhile ago. but was not sure where to get it tuned. Looks like you found a place.
PM me for details on the EMS.

It's probably not so much the exhaust as the fact that you have 91k on your engine.

geists2k I'm glad after all that hard work and us going back and forth with stuff you are happy in the end. The power is very impressive and I think that turbo is working very nicely for its size.
you think so? All my compression tests and everything seem to have good strong results... would mileage still matter if everything else shows up as good?

if everything is good on paper and you have kept up on your oil changes/ maintence then i say give it a go........

when is the last time you have had a valve adjustment?

I would definitely do a valve adjustment and carefully check all your retainers, etc. before turning that sh!t up You're going to have everything torn out anyway when you get that 3mm gasket installed.

I'm very careful about my maintenance...and ever since getting my turbo kit Im even more careful...

and I have already been planning on gettting a valve adjustment... i just can't find time to drop the car off.

Interesting. My car now has 111k miles on it, and I am looking at FI options. I was worried about blowing the engine, but now I see someone is running turbo on 91k miles.

Is this something I can do? Or should I be building a new engine? CaptKirk, have you had any problems yet? If I run it on the high mileage engine, what should I have done before hand, anything besides a valve adjustment?

How high can I crank the boost on this engine and pump gas? How does that answer change if I still want this to be a daily driver (~50 miles/day) ?
