The AEM EMS has a built in 2 step rev limiter that can be used to build boost off the line.

Tim
Two step only builds a little bit of boost like 3-5lb., if you use the anti-lag feature you can build a whole lot of boost like 15lb. +. It looks they used the two step only and launched from like 4.5K rpm and had the two step set up basd on vehicle speed. Just a geuss maybe they will chime in and let us know?

I have an EMS. Do I just tell my tuner that I want to run a 2 step launch? Do i Have to do anything from inside the car at the strip? What about when I am just driving on the street?

uh oh, that sounds like a challenge Jason?Did you get a new rear end? Hopefully shauns car will be out and running by then too! but we got a cute problem with the block again.....
whats up matt hows school... I will be more than ready for inline at the MIR race I will still use stock rear but i think if i can get a good 60ft and still have close to my 140mph trap i will go a lil faster but the car gets dynoed next week if i have a chance we will see but big tumbs up to brian fisher for a awsome clean pass looks like its going to be INLINE PRO VS ISP Racing for the fastes east coast s2k!

Last as in daily driving it for 20k miles? No way.. when you have as much power as some of these guys your sacrificing somthing and that somthing is reliability. I am not saying that their motors are going to blow up but they sure as hell wont last longer than a stock motor.

Thanks whites2000. I probably won't mess with any of that stuff myself. I'm too scared to screw something up. I will talk to my tuner about it.
