whats the average cost of tuning for an inlinepro turbo kit w/ an aem ems?

HorsepowerFreaks in Portland say's they need 8 hours to do a ground up AEM, hot and cold starts and multiple dyno's, that's @ $150 an hour.

Usually you have to pay for the dyno time and tuner. My first tune was about 2.5 hours.
