InlinePro'd+Trip across US
Just the stock kit, no added coating or anything. Of course the vented hood makes a difference I'm sure. Ya I got pretty good mpg sense I left it to cruise control and not my happy foot. I got 4.44 gears so I stayed at around 80 most of the time. I did worry during the whole trip though...I kept picturing something going clunk or pow and then my car shutting down. I went through a mild dust storm leaving Las Vegas, but everything went fine. Now I just have to deal with these insanely steep hills in Monterey

i did a little experiment on my trip out ot penn state (about 250 miles) and when i kept it at about 70 mph, i got 27-28 mpg... with 750cc RC's, AEM EMS... when i averaged 85mph, my gas mileage went down to 22-23mpg... its all in the tune and what speed you keep it at!

Nice pics and congrats. You're going to love the boost and the user-friendliness of the AEM.
Using an Innovate Wideband O2 system, I tuned mine to 15.5:1 air fuel ratio in light cruise (nowhere near boost) and was able to knock 30 MPG at 70-75 cruise as long as I kept my foot out of it. 14.7:1's the best compromise for emissions, but if you're trying to eek out a little extra mileage, there are a lot of things an AEM allows you to do. Using feedback O2 with a wideband just rocks -- great safety net.
Have fun...
