$ on install for KW
Those of you who had a shop put on your Kraftwerks kit, how much did they charge you? Just the SC kit, not including labor for the clutch/flywheel. I have been calling a few shops and it seems like 1k is the average, which seems kinda high to me. Thanks for the input.
thats sounds about right. around 10-12 hours for an install at about $90 an hour.
But i still wouldn't pay that much lol. find someone in your area who can do it for you for cheaper (but someone who knows what their doing) .

I know this is a bit off topic but I think you should have the person who dyno's your car install it if you can. I also think if you can get the person who you bought the kit from to install it. I know it always does not work out this way but if there are problem they are easier to fix, get missing parts ect. IMO It seem KW has been a good kit and not much tuning is need so it should be easier. Good Luck

in general NO tuning is necessary for the reflashable DBW cars.
it took me somewhere around 12 hours to install s.hasan's kit. i took my time over 3 days to make sure all was done properly. now that i've done it i imagine i could cut that down to maybe 7 or 8 hours, but that's just me. i'm sure some of you master wrenchers could bang it out in a night or so.
either way you'll still be off the road for 3 days since you have to send your ECU to hondata - so take your time!
