There is a lot of info on the board that is helpful. To get the most out of the kit you will need a better exhaust and a tune. You should also get a boost gauge and a good boost controller.

when installing the oil filter relocation kit, on both sides, make sure the AN fittings don't touch each other when you tighten them down. If you are not careful with this this part, they can be oriented in such a way that when tightened down, they can be pressed up against each other causing a bad seal in the fitting resulting in an oil leak.

I have advice...don't do it LOL I'm just kidding...sort of...turbos are a lot of work man! But worth it if you like power I guess...I just don't know if I'd put up with the hassle for what a greddy kit puts down LOL

Yep, I used shoulder bolts on the inlet and outlet which made it much easier.

Make sure and zip tie all the vacuum lines, like Chris said be very careful with the oil relocation kit and also make sure you do not preload the lines when you tighten the fittings or they will vibrate loose. Also make sure to carefully torque the turbo oil inlet fitting as you can easily strip it.

Test fit all intercooler lines before clamping them down. You may also want to pressure test the intercooler piping before reinstalling the front bumper. In fact if you have not purchased Tbolt clamps I would recommend double clamping all the lines in the bumper.

When you finish cutting the heat sheild I would use a bit of vacuum hose and wrap the cut edge so you don't cut yourself.

Take your time wrapping the AC lines and use plenty of wire zip ties.

Throw away the Greddy filter and get a AEM Dryflow

Retorque all bolt on the turbo and exhaust after heat cycling

Set your Valve lash while you do the turbo to make sure everyting is running perfect for the tuner

Don't for get to get new plugs, I would recommend BKR8EIX for NGK.

Use plenty of oil on the injector oring so you do not tear them

Use high quality liquid pipe thread sealant on all joints with a pipe taper

Take out the driver seat to expedite installing the Emanage harness and mount behind the seat with Velcro stuck to the carpet.

GET YOUR CAR TUNED ASAP.

Good Luck, just remember opnce you go boost you never can go back and will never be able to drive a stock car again.

That's the most important part right there.

I suggest you turn off the Acceleration fuel and ignition maps. ( they are only effective for less then .7sec (700msec) and I have never seen the acceleration maps work consistently between a pull in one gear to the next.

It makes the greddy base map run 100 times better; that is until you can get the car tuned.
