i recently just seen this picture. is that a blow off valve on the intake? is that for just the noise of it? how does it sound?

Thats not the intake man. The BOV is on the intercooler pipe. The intake on a turbo car comes off the turbo. (in that pic it doesnt have a intake filter on it). A bov is to release the boost pressure, a car with just an intake does not make boost, does not have a BOV.

 

 

if that were the case every ricer would have a bov on their intake.

but you answer your question. That is not an intake. Thats the "charge pipe" coming from the intercooler. That s2k has a turbo and needs a bov to release excess pressure.
