re-routing the washer fluid line from the inner passenger fender to the front bumper would take about 30 minutes. All you would need is some nozzles to aim at the FMIC. Just pull the stalk as if you were squirting your windows, doesn't get much easier and cheaper than that (plus you don't have to wire in other parts).

But is has to be a MIST. Mist is cooling, water in a stream is not as effective.

The only way you will get 50hp from those kits is if the nitrous happens to get sucked up by the intake.
I have seen a difference in my intercooler spray kit of about 45hp but only on super hot days...

I suggest only distilled water be used for spraying your intercooler. Any impurities in the water will remain as a residue on your intercooler. Picture the deposits left by sprinklers on brick walls...

Of course, spraying the water inside the intake is also very effective. Especially when you mix it with methanol.

Actually, this is a great idea. The right nozzle choice would allow you to adjust the mist. Good pull. I think I might have a go at this because with my SC setup & after cooler radiator. I will log with spray/without spray results whenever I get done installing this stupid alternator.

Good find

That how to is for injection into the intake system, but can also be used for spraying of the intercooler.

You could substitute the washer nozzle for a mister nozzle from an irrigation system that could be found at a local home improvement store. I might take a journey to Home Depot tomorrow.

yep, I think they cost $12 for 4 or 5. should work, don't see why not.

Just to give you an idea. We have misters at work, if you open the hose (sitting in the sun) the water is real hot, but when it comes out of the mister it is super cool. Huge difference.

Keep in mind we're talking external use here. If you're injection into the engine be sure the nozzle isn't going to come loose and get sucked into the engine.
