S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Interested?

Hi fellas. new to the FI forum here.

I might be buying a comptec SC with front mount AC from a local member, who doesnt wanna part it out.. Thing is, i'd like to save cost by just getting the SC and maybe the regular comptech AC.

Would any of you out there be willing to buy the front mount setup from me if I buy this SC package? Throw out some offers. One thing though, if you do wanna buy it, i'll either need the comptech AC or the piping (from blower to TB) for no AC setup.

For example...

FS:
Comptech front mount AC setup + you regular CT AC + 400

or

FS:
Comptech front mount AC setup + your comptech non-AC piping + 700.

Are you referring to the Sparco Front Mount AC Radiator or a full Front Mount Intercooler? I assume the former.

If so, it's exactly the same set up with a larger radiator.

Ok, so all you really want to swap is the Sparco radiator for the original Comptech smaller one and $400, or the entire AC system for the non-AC pipe and $700.

Just trying to clarify here... The Comptech aftercooler setup costs about 1100 bucks as an add-on (give or take) if you already have the SC. This includes the aftercooler itself, pump, piping and a smallish (but arguably functional) front mount radiator. You supply the water

Tech2 sells a larger radiator for 450 (current groupbuy going on for a bit less) that replaces the Comptech radiator. Same aftercooler, same piping, pump etc.

I'd first confirm with the seller to see what he is selling you. Just the standard Comptech setup or the standard setup plus a swapped out radiator from Tech2?

I'd post this with a better title in the For Sale section. That said, I posted my AC system in the For Sale section and got nothing.

Your price for the complete AC system looks pretty good. The price for the radiator swap is probably a tad high.

Also, why are you doing this? Is it just for some money? Or are you planning to go full front mount air-air intercooler so no longer have a need for it?
