Sandy - Stop trying to turn this into a FS thread. Post you sale questions in the For Sale section.

And stop being an ass TRBOKEV. It's irrelevant why he is selling it. A particular kit doesn't cause overheating, bad install or tuning does.

I just went and checked the FS thread. It was posted 4 days before this thread and is asking for a car for car swap so it makes sense that the issue hadn't occurred at this stage.

Or "just a couple more pounds of boost..."

Sorry to hear that bro. AFWJustin, you and I have all had serious issues with our installs. It sucks that you are giving in. I wish these things were just plug and play but its not that easy when the car was made to be a very fast NA car and yo ugo FI.

Eh can't really say that. There are many with flawless installs and a hand full with flat out nightmares (turbo or SC). Its just crappy luck

^ I guess "since" our installs instead of "with" would have been a better term.

i thought the only thing that was "full race", was the manifold? Everything else was just pieced together?

Hey AusS2000............must be nice to have a bunch of stars to show your rank or whatever that means..

Not trying to be a smart ass but when you reply to something like i asked, it was just an honest question and NO i dont know every single rule this has...and i'm sure i can read over and over the rules and not memorize each and every one of them... Thats prolly why i dont have stars like you do.

I appologize for Asking a question.. and NO i'm not trying to turn this into a FS forum. But thank you for your concern. I appreciate the information so i know next time. and no i'm still not trying to be a smart ass when i said that...

Ok here is the deal and it might be a simple solution

I used the IP 3mm with brand new headstuds, well I opened everything up yesterday and it semms that all but two of the headstuds needed to be retorqued.

Now I dont know if that means they stretched and Im not doing anyhting.

Or maybe they just backed out.

Ill let you guys know the results. Regardless I might still sell the kit
