Default itb's and turbo?

anyone every tried running ITB's with a turbo? would it help much? it'd look pretty BA.

i'm doing a turbo setup and may or may not have to buy a throttlebody, so i was just exploring the possibillities.

that would be extremely crazy. you would have to make the charge pipe spilt 4 ways and seal to each TB. it may make some crazy mid range power though. just may not be worth the head ache and moeny for the ITBs

This has been done a few years ago by fperra. Here is his build thread, which should have a link to his final numbers. I think they were 585whp on 18psi. Which is damn good.

its pretty common in racing, you just put a plenum over the ITB's. You wont gain any power though, just throttle response.

Everything about his build was quality! I used to salivate to his build threads. I wish he still posted!
