Also interested in the heat shield if you plan on making them and selling. Great work!

I am the owner of this s2000 and I just wanted to add that rick is an outstanding guy. I would not go anywhere or trust anybody with my car now that he has done work on it. He has one of the cleanest welding work I've seen and treats my car like its his own. The quality shows for sure and I appreciate all the hard work. I can't wait until its done and I can see the finished product. Big thanks to rick

Painted the center section and turbine housing.

Also welded a standoff to support the oil feed line.

A "ford/dodge" double pass radiator. I have a speedway version in my car....and the speedway build quality is a lot worse. Hopefully it works as nice as it looks. Also have spals biggest "street" fan. It is a 16" fan and fits on the core fairly well.

The radiator is about 19 inches tall, And it puts the cap into the hood. I had to remove 2 rows from the bottom to get it to sit even with the upper core support.

Patched up and installed. I had to make new a new inlet and outlet, and welded the original inlet shut. The fan mounts were the easiest I've ever had to do. I didn't make a large shroud because of how much the fan covered.

Not too much left....probably will start it up one the oil return is done.

Wow. You work is amazing. Very nice improvement over the junk that was in there. Always good to see a car saved from shoddy work.

Connecting the exhaust

Dump tube work. Initially had spaced the dumps to far apart and did not like the clearance to the motor mount or crossmember brace.

Mostly complete setup mounted to spare block.

Hopefully installed in car for good.

Installed the wastegate springs. Going to start with about a 9 pound spring.

And a vtec solenoid cover. I don't know if these solenoids are sensitive to heat or not, but the wire is. I don't like the wire running through the bottom, so I may revise it later.

I wouldn't mind making some kits. I want to make things a little more professional and repeatable. I would need some time to come up with something worth paying for.
