Default Just had my greddy kit put in....

Hey,

Just had my greddy kit installed and i have a couple issues.

1. The car is much faster before vtec, but as soon as it kicks in i feel like power is lost. I did a search and found that this is usually because of the crappy basemap. So my question is what should i do, get a new tune? or something else?

My setups:
- Stock Cat
- Nuespeed Exhuast
- Stock greddy Kit

2. My second question is my apexi avc-r is reading the speed completely wrong, It says i am doing 80km/h in reverse? Anyone know whats up?

Thanks in advance

The Nuespeed Exhaust lost power on NA cars. It's not helping the turbo.

Get a tune and a good 70mm exhaust and that should help things up top. Also consider getting at least a high flow cat, if not a test pipe. that stock cat is a exhaust flow killer.

The old Vtec Killer Greddy Turbo Kit haha, Keep you exhaustr get a Test Pipe and Tune.

I have a Berk HFC and though I spike a little bit CREEP is gone, I "reset" the Flapper arm to 3 turns I am not sure what it was set at, but it was too tight seems to handle BOOST much better now.

It's a high possibility then that could be your issue. The spark is likely getting blown out. Change the plugs out and let us know

Changed the plugs, its much better, no breaking up. I love it. I feel though it still needs a tune, i will get that done when i get a hfc and all my gauges hooked up. Thanks for the help, if anyone knows whats up with the boost controller let me know. Or if you have a avc-r what your setting are.

Thanks a lot
