K20 coil packs in an 06+ ?

K20 coil packs in an 06+ ?
Just curious if this would work..
I've read threads where 00-05 guys can upgrade/replace their coilpacks with the K20 ones and everything is fine.
Also, have read you CANNOT swap 00-05 with 06-09 coilpacks. But I believe that to be false, since a few years back I swapped one of my coilpacks with my friends 04.
Drove it NA for awhile, even turbo'd my car since October with no spark issues. Could be wrong now though.
Fast forward to right now, I'm getting a flashing CEL when I get a very apparent misfire around 6500 in 3rd @ WOT.
Could be my plugs, but figured I might do k20 coilpacks if it's possible. Hoping someone could shed some light before I go buy k20 packs.
