It's easy, lets start this way.

Is your batt still in the trunk?
Are you going to activate via Hobbs switch or EMS?

I wired mine with the Hobbs. It's easy really. I can't remember the wires, but it's the ones that come off the back harness that go to the coils. If I'm not mistaken, I think you cut them, and then wire the feed from the BAS into that. Car ran and idled so much better. Crazy difference.

Double check what I said, it's been 2 yrs, and I can't remember, lol. Sorry I'm no help.

just wondering if you used the hobbs switch how did it idle better? The hobbs switch makes the bas activate when above 4psi, so either your making boost at idle or its not on at idle

Right, but you cut the wires going to the coils and feed it through the BAS, so just like the fuel pump relay mod, you are getting a bigger gauge wire instead of it choking on the puny 18/20 gauge stuff, lol.

Inside engine bay, pass side front. NOT in the fender though. I think it's on the side of the shock tower, closer to bumper side. Ran wiring outside fender though.

After its set-up have any of you guys tested to see the actual amount of voltage you are supplying to the coils?
