Default kraftwerks -91 fueling issue

so I went to the tuner yesterday. We started tune with 91oct, dumped that and put in e85
91 tune was good , but on e85 we started to lean up top. Tuner said we running out of fuel. But did not know why, the injectors and pump should be enough..
We were think maybe the pump filter sock( I think that what it called) is too old.
I did install the original one off my old pump . could this be what was making it run out of fuel up top??
He also notice the my vacuum was at -8.4 and should be at -10..
Any ideas from guys would help a lot. He did tell to buy a wideband . which I will.
What other things could be cause this.
Right now limiter is set at 8k. till figure this out
Final number where 391hp 251tq
He did say once fueling issue where fixed , I should be about 450 like everyone else at that dyno with my same set up.

My set up ap1
-91 blower,95mm pulley ,No cat, grams 1000cc injectors, grams 320 lph pump.. ngk bkr8eix .24, sos e85 sensor.

Without raising your base pressure, a 1000cc injector is unlikely to be sufficient past 400whp on e85. A bit concerning your tuner didn't realize this.

What was your injector duty cycle?

yeah idk who your tuner is, but that pump + injectors will not let you push the blower to the limit.

For E85 you're already pushing the limit on those injectors and pump, but I'd also recommend looking into upgrading your fuel lines too to a wider braided line. I don't know the details on that as E85 isn't an option in my area, but I know that most tuners as well as knowledgeable S2KI E85 dudes recommend upgrading those lines for E85.

And yes, I'd recommend getting an AEM FPR for like $100.

You don't need upgraded fuel lines with your setup. You will be at the limit with those injectors with E85. An aem fpr is fine and I would up it to 60 psi but your starting to add more stress on that grams pump and a few have failed recently so I would not do it with that pump.

To be on the safe side I would run a quality Walbro pump bigger than 255. Fullblown 340 also not a bad choice. Get some 1300 injectors then take it back to tuner and hit 500whp

Now that you mention that, I could sworn i read on here. That someone was having issue with there pump too.I cant find that thread
my goal was to be at 400 with pump and maybe 430 with e85.. I have seen other well beyond that. but i also understand that i have a high millage motor..
in the end what ever is safe, is where I will be happy.
I mean it feel super fast..but im only shifting at 7k..

oh. if remember correctly , KW said ap1 95mm pulley red line should be no more then 8900..

Is your fuel pump hard wire with a relay to your battery? That will help some too.

Bigger/dual fuel pumps will help those injectors pump out lots more power. Im over 500whp on id1000 on a mustang dyno. But im turbocharged.
