Mr. Honda hit 382 with a quite a few mods (100mm pulley) and a k-pro/sensor replacement. I want to say his S was an 05 but he was part of the first purchase group. He has a detailed picture overlay and a video.

Yeah the shop wasnt sure why my boost was so high either, especially since it didnt really change my gains. My gains are solid but do not explain the extra 2psi. Probably just an error in the reading... Also I am only reving to 8200, i will definitely see more hp if I lift this to 8600. Ill try to send AFR and the datalog from flashpro as soon as i get the chance. In and out of town for holidays this week.

I have the same exhaust as you, did the exhaust get alot louder with the supercharger?
The exhaust is probably only slightly louder if any. Definitely some added noise from the engine bay (which sounds soo sweat) but not really much from the exhuast.

That was stock @ ~10.1.

I have seen the 90mm produce ~12+ psi and I also seen 90mm sc implode although there are a couple high mileage 90mm out there! Too risky for me...

Yep! I have 103,000 on my 2007. 79,000 of those miles were KW High Boost. Of the 79,000 miles, the last 64,000 are with the 90 mm pulley. I do rev limit at 7600 RPM. I would not use the reflash rev limit with the 90 mm pulley.

Take care guys!

103,000 and change on my 2007. My 2007 Civic SI (CT Stage II with HyTech headers & exhaust) has 37,000 miles on it and I am the only driver for both. I DO roll a lot! I just got back in a road trip in the S from central Texas to Las Vegas, then to Los Angeles, then back to San Francisco then through Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico and then back to Texas.

As you can tell the S is my favorite ride!
