I am running a Visteon dual core radiator modified for 06+ fan switch and relocated AC condensor, custom aluminum fan shroud, SPAL fans. The fans flow so well that when they come on in traffic they are only on for a very brief period of time.

This radiator upgrade became necessary when I upgraded (doubled the area of) my Setrab cooler for my Rotrex supercharger. Since the Setrab is situated in front of the radiator my engine temps rose more than I would like with the stock radiator. The Visteon and the improved fans and aluminum shroud have more than solved the problem.

I also have a 330 mm long MOCAL oil cooler mounted on the crossmember between the radiator and the engine. This has helped a lot as well!

Forgot to add, I run 163 - 165 degrees on the highway, max of 202 degrees in traffic. (Fahrenheit for the International crowd!) This setup works great, I have 64,000 miles on my 2007, about 4,000 miles with the dual core radiator.

Enjoy!
