Default Lean idle/misfire issue

I just bought a 2003 s2k with the comptech s/c kit. Everything was fine for about 1,500 miles, then the idle started to get rough. I took it straight home and parked it. Currently I have a misfire code, it will idle fine at around 14.7a/f for a little while, then the idle gets rough and the a/f gauge reads --- then in the 16 to 17 range. Fuel pressure at idle is a steady 55psi.

I am very mechanically inclined, but I am used to working on Audi's, so I am not familiar with the common s/c s2k issues and fixes.

Ideas?

the plugs look normal... put some new plugs in and see if that fixes the problem. pull your fuel injectors and make sure they are clean and not full of carbon etc.... if the problem still comes on then move on to valve adjustment.

Ok. I will check the fuel injectors. Should I check the idle air controller?
