I'm confused why anyone would think that hanging a 20 lb turbo on a 20 lb manifold out in front of the cylinder head isn't going to cause some vibration, rattlling and eventually cracking the manifold. You are supporting the turbo and manifold by the exhaust studs

Maybe it won't get blazing hot either

 

When the winter time comes, we'll be turning on the light bulbs and work on some new products. Some products definately in mind are:

Stiff Mounts
Fuel Rail
Oil Cooler kit

i'll actually be working on this myself, but back to the original poster, once some new engine mounts come out, the engine won't shift so much.
