Default Low numbers on Supercharger

Ok so my current setup is an '02 s2000 with T1R sparrow exhaust, lightly used (still in great condition) AP2 comptech supercharger (but on an AP1, so 6.5 lb of boost), and dyno tuned with a Greddy Emanage Ultimate (thus eliminating the esm and fpr).

There are no vacuum leaks, car runs just like stock. I have the walbro 255 fuel pump in. I DO NOT have the comptech FPR in. I am on a stock clutch, and it does not slip from 1k-about 8.5k rpms, yes I will be getting a new one soon.

I just got back from my tuner and he was only able to get my numbers up to 227HP and 14.2 ftlbs torque. He said because of the stock injectors I would not be able to make any more HP, this was done on a Dyno Dynamics btw.

I was under the impression that a stock it would give me roughly somewhere between the 270-300ish HP range depending on the dyno. I also would have thought that with the emanage ultimate, I would be able to pull a few more horsies out of the car as well. I was unable to do a pre-supercharger dyno run because of a shortage of time, so I am unaware of what my actual gains are.

One plus so far is that the car runs great, like stock, so I am happy about that.

I have my dyno plots, but not a readily available scanner to put them on the computer yet.

So I have a few questions to ask now:

1) Was I just grossly misinformed on my expectations of what kind of numbers the kit will produce?

2) Is my tuner not as good as I thought?

3) Should I put the FPR on the car with the emange as well?

4) Does anyone have any suggestions and/or reasons why my numbers were relatively low??

If I am missing any information that might be needed so answer the questions, let me know...

Once you get it sorted out you should make the kind of power you are expecting.
Do you have an AFR/RPM plot?
Do you have a boost gauge or a boost/RPM plot (to know if you are really making the boost)?
Are you using the stock fuel pump?

The problem is, my tuner believes this is the best he can do...

Yes to the AFR/RPM plot.

My gauge is not installed, but yes the boost/RPM plot shows 6.5psi at the peak(end).

And I am using the walbro 255 fuel pump the kit recommends (of course the previous owner did not want to take his out for the obvious reasons...)

Numbers should be ALOT higher, something is wrong here IMO. Is VTEC engaging?

I made 304 HP non aftercooled at 8 lbs (ap2 pulley) and I was using the comptech adjustable FPR.

did you buy this kit used or new? nevermind...I see it's a AP2 kit. did you atleast ask for a dyno from the previous owner before you purchased the kit?

What clutch are you using? I was using the stock setup and chris whitfield from whitfield racing said the clutch was slipping and couldn't hold the power and I netted the same rwhp with a comptech at 9psi. I replaced the clutch and flywheel with the exedy hyper single and my stock exhaust and hollowed cat with a custom single can and got 298 with fmu and boost hider. With the aem i got 348rwhp with the same setup and 750cc's tuned by shawn church in long beach.
