Default Lowest miles

Planning to go FI but have been told my engine mileage is to low, frankly i agree (5400 miles). My question to you gurus , what is the lowest mile you guys would slap on a turbo kit?

I had about 1200 miles on mine when I bolted my first turbo kit on.

My old car i had 25k
My new car has about 8k now and will be bolting on my new kit on in a month

SC at 30K, turbo at 37K. But that is kilometers so multiply by 0.6.

I would say it is fine to use FI after run in and as long as the engine is in good nick it doesn't matter how many kilometers (or miles even) are on the clock.
