If I already have a turbo kit with the stock manifold, would the charge pipes need to be modified to work with the Magnus intake manifold? In other words, does it move the throttle body like the InlinePro and Hypertune intake manifolds do?

I'd say more than likely. None of the intake manifold swaps I've done on any car ever lined back up perfectly. Sometimes you could rework couplers/etc to make it line up, but it's only a quick fix imo.

The throttle body will terminate in a different location.

The throttle body is ultimately going to be up to you guys. Magnus will offer any throttle body flange you like. After that its making the pieces work. Obviously it will be designed around an OEM body, but there is tons of room to play with.

Hoping to have some pics up this week.

My big question will be answered when pics are posted and that is how difficult to install. I forget which other aftermarket manifold was being introduced and they had some pics of it that made it look like it would be darn near impossible to install with the engine in the car, and the person did note that they installed it with the engine on a stand.

If it can give a little punch to an SC'ed car AND install as easily as a stock manifold I might be up for one.

I'm about to order a Skunk2 70mm TB, it will line up fine with this IM right? I don't need a special TB or some crap?

Even the stock IM is a PITA to remove, so I would expect installation to be a signficant effort.

The skunk2 throttle body will work fine.

Ive installed and removed oem, hypertune, and AFI intake manifolds. None of them are fun, but this should definitely be something one can do in the garage no problem.

With the right combination of tools, I can do a removal and reinstall in about 2 to 2.5 hours.

I happened to get lucky with some tools I bought that made the right combination for hitting the three toughest underside nuts extremely easy, but that was allowed by the pass through areas of the current manifold. A different setup might not be so easy to get to those during reinstall. The key for me was having the socket with integrated UV joint helped IMMENSELY. When I used a standard socket and a seperate UV joint, my ability to manuever in tight spaces went way down and could not get two of those buggers off to save my life.
