Default Maintenance for CTSC?

My car doesn't feel as quick to me as it used to. I know to some extent I'm just getting used to it.. I've changed the oil and filter which made a difference, but I'm curious if there's any supercharger-specific maintenance I should know of? It's probably about time I clean the intake filter, or replace it with a K&N model..

Check the belt. You shouldn't be able to turn it more than 90 degrees. If you can, it should be tightened.

I agree, check the belt tension/deflection.

If you pinch the belt in between your fingers you should not be able to "TWIST" the belt more than 90 degrees. If the belt is able to "TWIST" then it is too loose. Just as if it doesn't twist at all, it's TOO tight.

Definately clean the intake filter, it makes a big difference.

What are the temps up there right now. 30-40 degrees F makes a huge difference for me

Same right here...I thought that i couldn't get used to the power of the SC when i installed it and now i think my car is maybe 30% slower than it used to be and i have a boost gauge and the works but its not the boost that's missing.
I think that my car was quite faster in 3rd - 4th and now i feel like i am waiting for the RPM to go to 9k.
Maybe i am used to it but maybe its not as fast as i remember it.
cheers.
