major problems with vtec,map sensor ?

Default major problems with vtec,map sensor ?

ill break it down for all of you hope some one can help me out there i have a turbo s2000 im hear in australia so there isnt much no how for these cars downunder.
it all started about 6 months ago i overheatd my car and it warped the head so i had it shaved put it all back together took it to the tuners and this is wear the problems start i have an aem by the way. when the car is on idel it like vtec it on and it just gets so much fule and the map sensor hose has bearly any vacume and you put the reves up it starts to run normal around 5000rpm we bought a new map sensor thinking it was that but that did not fix the problem so i decided to build a new motor anyway so 6 months down the trail and i have my full built new motor in and ready to go back to the tunners only to have the same problem again on the aem log it is saying that the map sensor it around 3 3.5 on idel when it should be around 1 1.5 or so. and it still is geting so much fule it like the vtec is on from 0rpm its only when you get the car around 5000rpm that it starts to run normal and the map sensor hose still has poor vacume pplease ppl out there can you help me out could the vtec be broken?????or some thing else ?????????

Have you disconnected the vtec solenoid to see if that's the case?

yer we checked that didnt fix the problem
