Default Manifold Consensus

Im trying to see how many different styles of sidewinder turbo manifolds are avalible in the market right now and how they position the turbo inside the engine bay. For example the Inlinepro manifold puts the turbo in a position that the downpipe is ran over the top of the manifold and the AFI manifold puts the turbo in the position that the downpipe runs underneath the manifold. All input is appreciated.

Thanks.

There is a Manifold thread you might want to take a look at. It has pictures of a lot of manifolds.

I chose AFI due to the fact i didn't want to remove my oil filter to another location, or mess with the vtec noid.

I've got a one off piece from Inline racing in Texas.

Pretty sure 9Krevin and myself are the only ones that post currently that have them. also made my choice based on the fact that I could keep oil filter in its place.

Downpipe is a bitch tho I will say that.

I still think Full-Race is the best by a landslide

I guess I should be a little more specific. I wanted to know how many ran the downpipe over the top of the manifold versus the manifolds that run the downpipes underneath

The only reason I went with the Kings performance manifold is because I was looking for something to work with my T3 setup and single wastegate. You should look at what you want it to do and what will fit your perameters and then go from there. Full Race does make an amazing manifold.

^ I agree.

I needed a single scroll t4 for mine, others need divided this and that.

Plenty of great options out there for you.

What exactly are you getting at with the Downpipe under or over? Not sure what information you're looking to get out of it.
