In all honesty, that was for a deposit on our tuning day, right? That should not be refundable IMO.

I hear that Jeff Evans is the man, but he doesn't offer a bomb ass turbo kit lol.. I understand the guy is a very very busy man but when you head out of town make sure to bring the laptop with ya to respond to those emails. I sure as hell wouldn't wanna miss out on $7k

He told me that since so many people were getting tuned that he would refund my deposit. If he told me that he would refund my deposit then he should have refunded it, I'm not expecting my money back and I really didn't then. Then I could never get a hold of him. I talked with multiple people that were tuned that time and none of them were happy with their tune.

Just seems that he doesn't have very good customer service. It took me close to a month to get a hold of him last to discuss the tune and then I could only get a hold of him via email and only got 1 reply to the 3 or 4 emails I sent.

i ordered my mase kit dec 24 2011. it's now march 30th and ive only received the aem ems some clamps and a bov. he originally told me it was a 6 weeks wait. he keeps feeing me poor excuses about his welder is part time and hes waiting on the welder to make the manifold/downpipe. He rarely replys to my emails and rarely answers the shop phone. I'm really close to canceling my order. I'm really pissed off his customer service is horrible.

Yes mase is a great guy don't get me wrong, but he is accepting too much work than he can handle and that will lead to un happy customers. he needs to hire an assistant or something.
