To meth or not to meth?
Hey everyone, I would appreciate some input. My current setup is as follows
CTSC novi 1000 non aftercooled @7lbs putting out 300rwhp 200tq
AEM EMS
RC 550cc injectors
Built bottom end with 10:1 pistons
AEM FPR
T1R 70r em dual sparrow
Toda Header
I will be purchasing an aftercooler hopefully this weekend if the seller comes through.
I have already gotten the following:
RC 750cc injectors
SOS 3 bar map sensor
3" Pulley
AEM 1gal water/meth kit
My goals are to hit or break 400rwhp on 93 pump gas, will I need the meth?
Any ideas what my rwhp will be with and without the meth?
any input, suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Your going to get a million different responses. I have been running METH for a few years, I personally love it. When I run Race gas, I will use it to spray some distilled water. It was pretty cool to run the 1/4, pop the hood and lay my hand on the charge pipe and intake manifold and feel COLD

Anyone else, feel free to chime in. Like Joey said, I know I will get different opinions and that's fine.
Its definately adding another "link" in the chain of potential failures, but you have to weight the risks vs rewards, and in this case, it might be too much of risk if you can achieve that power in other ways.
Just remember, the "safest" thing is never turning on your car and driving it, but how much fun would that be

s2000junky will resond soon because he is best with N1000's and Meth kits on a SC'er. But IMO you should be able to max out the N1000 AC'ed on a 10:1 block without meth. Meth will give you more power and TQ over no meth on the 3.0 pulley.
