Milltek Exhaust System on Supercharged cars - does it drone?

Default Milltek Exhaust System on Supercharged cars - does it drone?
Hi guys,

Anyone got the Milltek Exhaust System on their supercharged S2000? I love the tail pipe design and it sounds great. However I am planning to supercharge my S2000 this summer so I would like some feedback on how it sounds on a boosted car? Any drone??

I have heard all about the Tanabe Medalian Racing Exhaust and I know this compliments a supercharger very well and has no drone - I just like the Oval tailpipes of the Milltek better!

the look of tail pipes Vs the performance and sound level of a Tanabe.

I see a winner here and it is not tail pipes.

not trying to de-rail the thread, but which tanabe exhaust are you looking into? as they have quite a few models, all with different looks and sounds.

I wouldn't have any drone/sound concerns when running a Milltek on a SC car. It is supposed to be on the conservative side, very good choice for a 70mm exhaust IMO.

It's either Touring or Concept G... There is no Racing Exhaust.

Touring is the one that's quieter and non-droning

From my experience whatever it sounds like on N/A it will be louder on Supercharged cars

Im not sure why but my HKS no longer has a refined, high-end like sound. I miss it.

At 11psi and Supercharger my S2000 with HKS sounds dirty, angry, and unrefined so, I am with what iDomN8U said, things will be louder and different.
