It sounds like a spark issue but do a fuel pressure test for shaats and gags if you have a gauge set to see if shes putting out

If he has a A/F Gauge then shouldn't the gauge show if the pump wasn't keeping up? Just wondering what is your Battery Voltage at WOT and redline?

Do your MAP readings look right in the EMS? Have you data logged the problem? It should show up in the logs and give more insight

We have installed a brand new fuel pump when we swapped to Turbo. We will double check the wiring on the injectors too but I doubt it is a fuel related issue...

Fuel Pressure is fine. We will check the voltage or try a brand new battery...

We did but I will take a log again and see if we were missing something...

here is the latest update

we installed brand new spark plugs. we gapped them to 0.028, 0.024 and 0.020 and it did the same problem everytime. the car accelerates but keeps misfiring randomly between 7K to 9K
we installed brand new coils
we installed a brand new battery
we installed a new aem ems
we installed brand new injectors and did complete rewiring on the injectors
we installed brand new crank sensor
we installed brand new cam sensor

but nothing solved the problem
I tried to take a log but somehow we couldn't. after we start the log, let's say we are at 4K rpm, we start to accelerate but it stops at 6600=6700 rpm everytime and freezes there. it won't log past that rpm

Can this problem be from
a) an electrical issue and we need to get a brand new wiring harness?
b) can the alternator be working improperly?

Do you have good grounds? If you don't have good grounds it doesn't matter if you replaced everything, a weak ground can cause a lot of problems.
