Default miss fire problems

I have a turbo charged 06 s2ki. it makes 430whp at 12.5lbs boost. im using a hondata flashpro with 1000 ID injectors. it has NGK iridium spark plugs(BKR7EIX). has the new aeromotive in tank fuel pump which is 350lph. also change to a return fuel system. got it tuned from sean at church automotive. car ran fine for about a month. it now sputters or hesitate at high rpm when i punch it and the check engine light flashes around 6 or 7 times. im guessing this is a missfire code. anybody knows what is causing this. i tried gapping the plugs already and still same problem. please help. thank you!

first off, pretty sure you should be using plugs with the 8 heat range. how did they look when you pulled them out?

secondly, go to autozone and pull the codes

i know this my sound a lil out there but did you check the oil level? Similar situation happened to a friend and the cause was lack of oil.

I was having a few problems with hesitation and sound like misfiring. I ended up swapping out my coil packs and it seems like it helped. I haven't experienced the same problem yet (knock on wood).

Are you running PNP connectors on your fuel injectors? I had the same problem and messed around with the wires a bit and the misfiring ended. Running the 2668 as well.
