Thumbs up More gain with Comptech SC with after cooler?

Hi everyone. I'm stepping on a sc very soon and I want to know what is required to get a little bit more power than what I'll get with the 'stock' comptech sc setup. I own a 2003
Here are my conditions

- No hassle or tuning with EMS (too expensive, and local tuners sucks)
- No internal modifications of the engine
- Almost bolt on modifications to gain power

so here are my toughts:

- Header, and downpipe = soon
- Pulley?
- Injectors?

I know I'm newbie and I want to put maybe 1000$ more maximum (without the cost of sc and header and downpipe). I want to know if its realistic to reach my power gain when we consider my conditions and how much of HP I will see?

i dont recommend upgrading the power unless you are able to afford a new fuel system and fuel management.

i'm pulling 5.5 psi at redline, and with the stock header/cat/exhaust i am already running lean with fuel pressure bumped up a lot. 301whp/188tq.

you'll need a fpr, new injectors, new pulley & belt, and new fuel management & tuning.

i agree...

i scored a cylinder wall on stock boost... but i had an '01...

i would invest in better engine management and larger injectors... but thats just me!

And you are most definitely gonna have to spend over 1k, according to most of the tuners I have asked the same question to, they all have recommended an EMS with increased boost for safety and added power, and boy does it all add up really fast!
