A few things have already been mentioned what you don't really need.

Here's another one.

Huge money saver

3.625" is not small enough for 10psi at 8000rpm.

Get a 3.5 inch at least (expected 10 psi). I got lucky and squeezed another pound out but not until 9K.

Stena-glad you got a map and I want your details. Let me know.

I would recommend a replacement MAP sensor. The stock one is working well outside it's planned range at 12psi and at the very edge of it's usable limit.

I've installed both an AEM 3.5bar (my car) and a GM 3bar and the GM is a much nicer install.

With regards to a baffled sump, what do you have in mind? I made a baffle for mine and have been meaning to make a pattern available.

Alos, as you're planing to pull the sump and do some welding might consider moving the oil return too.

I don't really want to get to close to the point where I need to reduce compression so I reckon ~10 psi is more than enough for me. So I can also keep the Honda MAP.

Great minds think alike on the sump. I was looking to put a similar plate in and relocate the oil return. Any chance of a copy of your template

BTW Mark thanks for that link seen that one migh give it a try but it looks a bit ghetto for my liking.

Got my eye on a good deal on used AEM EMS 1012, I guess I will need a "frog" harness to put it under the seat. Any thing else I need to look out for?

Mikey, I bought this AEM UEGO

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AEM-Wideband-Lamba-A...1QQcmdZViewItem

for my AEM 1012 (when it arrives from Simon )

My tuner confirmed it is suitable.

What is a frog harness?

Already started!
I have;
750cc injectors
3.625" pulley and belt
I'm close to doing a deal on a 1012 please PM me details on what you can do for me quick before I do the other deal!

Crispy I already have an AEM UEGO wideband which I can link to a 1012 or 1052.
"frog" harness is an extension harness to allow you to put the ECU under the seat as the 1012 is a bit too large to put in the OEM position

Right - just been PMing Mase
I need a AEM EMS 1052 NOT the 1012. The 1012 has idle/start issues and will not fit in the OEM position
Where can I get the "clips" to convert the 750cc injectors to the Honda loom and fuel rail?

Mikey, Where did you get the injectors? I have been looking for some but am not sure where to get them. Acutally the same goes for the Pulley.... ASP don't seem to make them anymore.....

I was considering buying these:
