hey all, I'm almost certain this is a repost, but since search function is no good at all i can't find the previous larger thread. I was trying to see the MPGs people with FI setups were getting. I remember being suprised when i saw people getting 35-40 MPG and pushing 300whp.
I'm also trying to figure out how this works if anyone can shed some light??

in city traffic usually 19-21.
boosting pulls all day = 18 mpg
I've never seen anyone get 29mpg on a turbo setup, ever...I'd say thats off. 25mpg at the most.

When I went on the Boston Mountain run, I was boosting everywhere. While everybody had half a tank left mine was at no bars. I had to coast in neutral because I didn't know where the next gas station was going to be. When we ultimately stopped at a gas station, I filled/used 11 gallons and we had been driving for ~150miles. ~13 mpg... boosting ALOT
*I have 4.44 and no yellow box, so its off by a bit.

When I drove from PA to Chicago in my S I saw about 25-27 mpg and that's with gears. I saw only about 1-2 more mpg stock. Of course this was with no boosting. Except once......man that minivan didn't see that one coming!!
